With its participation in the SBM+ programme, Nordic Wind Technology was given tools to handle the challenging situation but staying true to their business model Jørgen Kjærsgaard says:

"The Masterclass has not changed the way that we work, but the Masterclass has changed our approach to the German market, meaning that we now have a clear go-to-market strategy."

Especially, diving into the business model and discussing it with the advisory board, Jørgen Kjærsgaard mentions as a take away:

"We did the business model canvas and that was a good process. Also the process with the advisory board was very useful. I personally I feel that I got some very good and valuable inputs form the advisory board."

For Nordic Wind Technology the main output of the Masterclass was not only new information, but also being able to test out their approach, Jørgen Kjærsgaard explains:

"Along with the Masterclass we kind of developed a go-to-market-strategy and were aligning the go-to-market-strategy. So building up some information, some understanding as well as testing these inputs with the advisory board and then finally developing the go-to-market-strategy that’s the output I would say."
