Antragsstellen für eine dänische Aufenthalts- und Arbeitserlaubnis in Deutschland  - Where to apply for a Danish residence and work permission in Germany

Eine Aufenthalts- und Arbeitserlaubnis für Dänemark kann von Deutschland aus an zwei dänischen Vertretungen beantragt werden.

Bevor der Antrag auf eine Aufenthaltsgenehmigung gestellt wird, bitte Folgendes einrichten: 
 
1.   Eine "case order ID" erstellen auf

2.   Die anfallende Gebühr bezahlen   
 
Achtung: Es gibt verschiedene Antragsformulare mit verschiedenen Gebühren! 

Bitte die anfallende Gebühr DIREKT an den Danish Immigration Service (DIS) zahlen.

Bitte weiterhin beachten, dass vor dem Einreichen des Antrages / der Abgabe der Biometrie eine zusätzliche Gebühr in Höhe von 232 €  pro Person / Antrag bezahlt werden muss. Diese Gebühr muss vor dem Termin Online bezahlt werden via den Webshop des dänischen Außenministeriums:

Nach der Online-Bezahlung drucken Sie bitte die Quittung aus und bringen diese zusammen mit allen notwendingen Unterlagen zum Termin mit. Ohne diese Quittung kann Ihr Antrag nicht entgegengenommen werden. 

Antragsteller mit Wohnsitz in den neuen Bundesländern (Berlin, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Brandenburg, Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt und Thüringen) wenden sich bitte an die dänische Botschaft in Berlin, um einen Termin zur persönlichen Abgabe der Dokumente und biometrischen Daten zu vereinbaren. Die Abgabe ist immer nur Mittwochs von 09:00 bis 11:00 möglich.

Antragsteller mit Wohnsitz in den alten Bundesländern wenden sich bitte an das dänische Generalkonsulat in Flensburg, um einen Termin zur Abgabe der Dokumente und biometrischen Daten zu vereinbaren: Montag - Freitag von 09:00 - 12:00; Tel.: +49 (0)461 144 00-0; [email protected]


Bitte beachten: Um ein Visum für die Färöer Inseln oder Grönland zu beantragen, müssen Sie sich telefonisch mit der Botschaft in Berlin bzw. dem Generalkonsulat in Flensburg in Verbindung setzen. Ein Online-Termin ist nicht möglich. Die die Beantragung von Visa für die Färöer Inseln und Grönland muss online unter https://applyvisa.um.dk/ erfolgen (obligatorisch).

Die Antragsgebühr muss dort ebenfalls online entrichtet werden. Nach erfolgter Beantragung und Bezahlung online bei ApplyVisa muss das Folgeschreiben von ApplyVisa ausgedruckt und gemeinsam mit den notwendigen Anlagen bei der Botschaft bzw. beim Generalkonsulat eingereicht werden.



In Germany there are two Danish representations where you can apply for a Danish residence and work permit.

Before submitting the application you have to follow this procedure: 

1.   Create a case order ID on

2.   Pay the fee (unless exempt from paying the fee) 
 
Please be aware, that there are different types of application forms with different fees! 

The fee must be paid DIRECTLY to Danish Immigration Service (DIS). 

When you submit the application or your biometric features at the consulate an additional fee of 232 € pr. person/application must be paid for handling your case.

This fee must be paid online in the MFA webshop:

Upon payment, please print the receipt and bring it along with the required documents. If you have not paid the fee online, the consulate cannot handle your case.

 
Applicants residing in the new federal states (Berlin, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Brandenburg, Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt und Thüringen) are kindly asked to book an appointment in Berlin to personally submit the required documents and biometrics. The Embassy in Berlin can only offer appointments on Wednesdays.

If you want to apply for a visa to the Faroe Islands or to Greenland please call the Embassy in Berlin or the Consulate General in Flensburg. It is not possible to book an appointment online for a visa. You must fill in your visa application and pay the application fee online using https://applyvisa.um.dk/. After you have applied and paid the visa fee online, you must print the cover letter from ApplyVisa and hand in supporting documents at the Embassy or Consulate General.

Information for all visa applicants

You are responsible for ensuring that the information in the issued sticker is correct. When you receive your sticker, please verify it immediately.

If the sticker contains inaccurate details, inform the Danish Mission or the ESP immediately in order to have it corrected. The Danish Mission will correct the mistake and issue a new sticker without demanding an extra fee.

Applicants should check that all details on the sticker are correct (e.g. name, validity dates, passport number etc.).

In general, you are responsible for ensuring that you meet foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, such as passports and visas (transit, business, tourist, and otherwise), are in order and any other foreign entry requirements are met.

The Danish Mission is not liable for expenses related to e.g. change of flight ticket, new flight ticket, hotel etc. due to inaccurate details in the issued sticker.
