Junior Communication and Commercial Advisor - Hamburg

About the Role
As part of the WTA EU Team, you’ll support communication efforts for a team stretching across Polish, German, Spanish and Italian borders, help coordinate commercial activities in Germany, and assist the regional team leader with day-to-day administration. Your work will make a difference in promoting Danish water solutions across Europe – with a particular focus on Germany.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out commercial activities in support of promoting Danish water solutions and technologies in the German market: organize workshops, facilitate delegation visits to Denmark, network with local stakeholders and dialogue and alignment with Danish companies.
- Lead the communication efforts on behalf of the European regional team for water, including ensuring visual material to be used in customer communication, gathering of case stories, and writing articles (Danish and English) to promote the efforts of the WTA EU team.
- On case-by-case basis assist the regional team lead with support on e.g. writing customer proposals, updating and optimizing of internal reporting systems, reporting towards HQ in Copenhagen, etc.
- Engage socially and professionally with colleagues at the Consulate General of Denmark in Hamburg
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant studies and/or initial work experience (e.g. business development, export, international relations, sales, communication)
- Independent and proactive mindset
- Solid problem-solving skills and willingness to collaborate
- Strong team player who engages with colleagues in both professional and social settings
- Written communication skills in English and Danish
- Proficiency in verbal communication in German, English and Danish
