Markus is dedicated to support the Danish Wind industry in the DACH region based on his long experience within the German wind sector. He focuses especially on supporting Danish companies within after-sales market development, O&M, service and retrofits. Prior to joining the team in Hamburg, his work experience ranged from market research, to support in strategy, sales and business development. In addition to that, he has a PhD in economic geography on modularization in the windturbine industry. He combines vast experience and technological understanding with a deep knowledge of the German wind market.

Having grown up at the intersection of Danish and German cultures, he is uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between companies in both regions. Fluent in Danish, English, and German, Mads brings a strong background in marketing, branding, translation, and strategic communication. He is currently focused on promoting Danish wind energy solutions across the North West EU region through his work with the Wind Energy Advisory.
